The Complete Life Changing Program for Health, Happiness and Balance

This is a unique and comprehensive program that includes several different holistic models. It is based on the principles that each person's physical, emotional, mental and spiritual qualities are unique and therefore each person has to be given an individualized approach to Health, Happiness and Balance. Each person's foods, eating habits, personality, character, food intolerances, immune system, type of exercise and level of understanding varies from person to person. This unique program shows you how to make small but highly effective changes in every area of your life, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Here are some alarming facts about the current state of our health in North America:

12 million people suffer from heart disease making it the number 1 killer in America
Every year, 1 million people are diagnosed with cancer
65 percent of the people over the age of 20 are overweight, which is a leading cause of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and many other health risks.
High Blood Pressure is prevalent in over 50 million people.
Diabetes is one the rise, over 18 million people a year suffer from this horrible disease.
Stress and anxiety are considered a major factor for ill health and is one of the leading causes of diseases and death.

The human body is the "Temple of God" and it must be healthy to function properly! We need focus on all three elements - body, mind and soul. This includes eating the ideal foods for your personal body type, the right type of exercise for your body type, and the proper relaxation and breathing techniques for a happy and balanced life.

Here are the powerful holistic systems we use in this program.  First and foremost Ayurveda (meaning "Science of Life" -  over 5000 years old), Pranayama (A system of deep breathing & yoga), Your Individual Blood Type, and a Nutritional Assessment.

Some of the wonderful health benefits of this program can be weight loss, getting rid of viruses and toxins, helping digestive diseases such as constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, colitis and acidity. Increasing insulin efficiency and correcting diabetes related problems. Helping conditions such as arthritis, inflammatory conditions and skin rashes. It can help with cholesterol, blood pressure and heart related problems. This program can help you to identify foods that harm your body. It will also tell you what diseases you are predisposed to and how to avoid them. Each person's foods, eating habits, personality, character, food intolerances, immune system, type of exercise, level of understanding and level of the soul varies from person to person.

I have personally suffered from various illnesses and tried many different holistic treatments including Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Chiropractic Treatment, Allergy Elimination Techniques, Homeopathy, Juice therapy, Colonics, various Herbs, Antioxidants and Vitamins. I have spent thousands of dollars in alternative medicine not to mention, your everyday allopathic or conventional medicine.

All the treatments helped up to a certain degree but did not seem to make a significant difference. While I was in the process of taking these treatments I was learning and being exposed to the various alternative treatments. I ended up reading a lot of books on alternative treatments. My mother was also very instrumental in reading and guiding me.

I have had an opportunity to experience various natural treatments. If I was to combine the knowledge from all my experiences plus what I have learned as a certified nutritionist, there are several holistic treatments that I found to be incredibly effective. The first one was Ayurveda, the second one was Pranayama followed by Eat according to your blood type.  Also, learning about nutrition, vitamins, antioxidants and certain herbs made a big difference.

Ayurveda means the science of life or longevity. This wonderful alternative science is originally from India and is more than 5000 years old. It is believed to be the oldest healing science in existence, forming the foundation of many other similar holistic practices
.

Ayurveda teaches us that in order for us to feel healthy we have to eat according to our body type. Each person's body has a unique constitution. Ayurveda refers to our individual constitution as "Doshas". Each person has a different combination of doshas with one being more dominant, another being secondary and so on. There can be countless variations making each person unique. Your doshas are determined at the time of conception. The three basic doshas that ayurveda talks about are Vata (ectomorph - light and slim) Pitta (endomorph - medium built) and Kapha (mesomorph - husky and muscular).

The ancient doctors have emphasized that each person is different and needs to be individually treated. Since each person has a different combination of doshas, ayurveda stresses on a personalized healing system. Ayurveda also encourages the idea that people are their own healers. Who is better than ourselves to notice what foods bother us, our personality strengths and weaknesses, how we relate to those around us and so on.

It was the idea that there are three main body types (light, medium and heavy built) that made sense to me. Ayurveda gives an individualized approach to all unique body types. It stresses that the key to good health is to keep the doshas balanced. One of the best way to do this is through proper diet. It is very true when we hear, you are what you eat.

For each dosha(body type), Ayurveda gives detailed information of what foods you should eat and avoid, personality strengths and weaknesses, what health conditions you are prone to and advice on how to live an optimum balanced life. According to ayurveda I fall under the vata category, or light built. Here is what Ayurveda has to say about vata body type. Vata means connected to the elements of air, space and the wind. Vatas tend to be thin, light, have dry skin and small but prominent bones.

Vatas are soft hearted and like to be on the move. When vatas are thrown off balanced they become irresponsible, spacey, nervous and sometimes fearful. Their energy is based in the colon and are prone symptoms such as nerve disorders, constipation, gas and anxiety.  Vatas have low digestive fire and are advised to stay away from raw, cold and hard to digest foods.

In my personal case this makes perfect sense because I have always suffered from weak digestion, stomach cramps, irritable bowel and at one point ulcerative colitis (inflammation of the colon). I tried so many different treatments but it all came to one important factor, I was not eating according to my body type.

According to what ayurveda is saying about my personal body type (vata), I should limit my intake of raw fruits and vegetables. This is not only true according to ayurvedic theory but in my personal experience as well. According to health experts and nutritionists advice, you should be eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. Well what if they react on you, like they definitely do in my case? They give me gas, cramping and constipation. I am not saying fruits and vegetables are bad for you, they can be great for you, but only if your body accepts it! If it does not like in my case it causes more harm!

In the same way, the following natural products also reacted on me. Apple cider vinegar, barley, plant greens, all kinds of natural juices including carrot, apple, celery. Most fiber supplements and vitamin pills. I can only take natural chewable vitamins that break down in my mouth. Similarly, all of us can have intolerances to certain foods. It can be certain fruits, herbs, vitamins and so on. One mans food is another mans poison! Having said that I am not saying fruits are bad for everyone, they can be great if your dosha or body type accepts it. One mans food is another mans poison!

My mother falls under the pitta(medium built) category. Here is what ayurveda has to say about pittas. Pitta means fire, they are strong willed and ambitious, work well under pressure and can be courageous. When they are thrown out of balance they may criticize and judge. Out of all the doshas they maintain their weight easily since they have a strong metabolism. They are prone to ulcers, fevers, skin rashes, inflammatory diseases such as colitis and arthritis. They have to stay away from hot, spicy, and sour foods since they aggravate the natural pitta fire. Optimal foods for them are cooling foods.

In my mothers personal case, she definitely falls under this category.  Since she is a pita body type, her digestive fire is high. She has problems with, sour, spicy, and hot foods. She has a tendency to break out with skin rashes, has arthritis, and inflamation of the intestines. She always seems to be hot (I always seem to be cold). She needs more cooling foods.

This is why I say that one mans food is another mans poison. Fruits are good for you but not for me, certain herbs react on you but not on me, vitamin pills upset my stomach but not yours, Small meals more often are better for me but maybe not for you, I need to take smaller dosages of herbs because I am more sensitive, maybe you don't. Your body type will determine it.

"It's absolutely true when you say one man's food is another man's poison. Your Individualized program helped me to realize that this applies to all kinds of foods including fruits, veges, vitamins and herbs. Also because I fall into the Kapha (Heavy and strong) body type and blood type O, I was able to make appropriate diet and lifestyle changes. This can very well save me from a predisposed illness that may have manifested if it was not for your wonderful program. Thank you Mohmood!"

The Incredible Healing Powers of "Pranayama".

Pranayama (deep breathing exercises) refers to the control of energy through your breath. It is part of the Yoga system of healing which is attributed to the Indian philosopher/sage Maharishi Patanjali. His famous treatise is known as ?Yoga Sutras? dating some 2500 years ago. Yoga means union, to unify individual consciousness with universal consciousness. It is a complete holistic science that balances us on every level physically, mentally and spiritually. Yoga according to the Vedas is thousands of years old, no wonder even today it is so powerful!

Deep breathing exercises are proving to heal all kinds of health conditions. It seems that many diseases can be the result of not getting enough oxygen in the body. The human body has the ability to heal itself. However, in order for this to happen, it has to be provided with the right conditions to heal. One way to do this is to put more oxygen in the body.

Pranayama (deep breathing) has leveled my ever low blood pressure to normal. My physician could not believe it when she checked. She thought her equipment is not working; she had to take me in the next room to verify that my blood pressure is normal! I can let go more easily than before. I still have a along way to go; but I catch myself faster than before so I can change my thought patterns. With a high stressed job, I have a monkey mind. Daily routine of deep breathing has enabled me to be in the present more often than ever before.

Pranayama is gaining popularity in all parts of the world, it is especially popular in India. Yoga camps are being held and thousands of individuals are healing from all kinds of diseases. These yoga camps are organized frequently (quite often 50,000 plus members participate in one session) and they are producing incredible results. These camps last for about seven days and individuals are taught deep breathing techniques.

To prove the effectiveness of these techniques, blood samples were taken from participants before and after the seven day yoga camp. The results were quite remarkable. There was a drop in cholesterol, triglycerides and blood sugar. Many individuals had lost weight and decreased their blood pressure (for those suffering with high blood pressure). Thyroid hormone levels were shown to improve.

In addition, there have been countless testimonials from individuals suffering from both acute and chronic diseases that have improved and even recovered from simple deep breathing techniques. These include cancer, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, arthritis, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, allergies (food and seasonal), skin disorders and many common ailments as well. Also, those recovering from surgery
showed a remarkable improvements in short amounts of time.

Individuals suffering from depression, who were on heavy medication for years, have also healed. Those individuals suffering from psychosomatic disorders, and other mental illness have also shown an improvement.
One misunderstanding with yoga is that you have to bend yourself in all kinds of positions like a pretzil to get results. Although yoga has various postures (asanas) the main focus is on deep breathing (pranayama).
All the individuals that healed in the yoga camps emphasized on deep breathing mostly and very little on postures (asanas). All you have to focus on is deep breathing, don't worry about the rest.

You will learn simple breathing techniques that produce remarkable results in a short time!

Connection Between Food And Your Blood Type.

Naturopathic doctors have determined with the help of a microscope that there is a connection between the foods we eat and our blood type. Some foods cause a negative reaction (agglutination) in our blood, and this can be the cause of many health problems.

To give you a basic understanding of the connection between blood type and foods, let me give you a brief introduction. Each individual food has a protein factor called "Lectins". These lectins have powerful agglutinating (sticky, super glue effect) on your blood. When we eat foods containing lectins that are incompatible with your blood type, the lectins target a certain part of your body (stomach, liver, brain, kidneys etc.) and begin to agglutinate cells in that area.

Lectins vary widely according to their food source. Each type (food) has a certain shape and unique binding characteristics. Each food can be dangerous for some blood types and beneficial to others. The Blood Type theory is based on scientifically testing every single food with all the blood types. Using clinical and laboratory methods each food was tested under a microscope.

I am personally blood type O. I learned that there are certain foods that act like poison and others that act like medicine. There are a long list of foods including certain grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables that were making me ill. Once I changed my diet, I became healthier. Certain blood types do better on a vegetarian diet, and some are meant to eat animal protein because your blood type metabolizes it better. Eating according to your blood type is a science on its own!

The type of exercise that one chooses varies according to your dosha and blood type. Everyone is so different, so one particular exercise can not be given to everyone. Some need more rigorous workouts, and some need more gentle exercise like tai chi or yoga. Certain individuals can actually feel more tired if they over exercise, it completely depends on your blood type. We will determine your appropriate exercise regimen!

Nutritional Assessment. Each person's nutritional requirements will vary. Basic intake of Nutrients - Protein, Fats, Carbs, vitamins and minerals need to be addressed according to individual body type. We will also go over the individual problems, illnesses and areas that you are most concerned with. We will go over your individual body type, illnesses and major areas of concern and address appropriate changes.

Each one of us also has a soul whose level varies from person to person. Some of us are  young and some older.  An older soul means the vibration or frequency that you let out is on a higher level. Each one of has seven energy centers (chakras) within us. Visualize seven small round generators within us. These generators are responsible for every sigle function of a human, from the physical to the spiritual dimension. The older the soul, the more sensitivity you will have. Our connection and caring for others is on a much deeper level.

Old souls are like parents who are always concerned about their children and want to give them their very best. This means that old souls want to give more to all the people around them who they see as their own family. Their connection with others, love, compassion, service and concerns are on a much deeper level. They feel a bigger weight around them. They seem to take on a bigger burden on their shoulders because they are always concerned about others and want to reach out and give. From a spiritual point of view, older souls need to be even more careful about taking care of their health since they seem to be carrying a bigger weight.

Psychosomatic problems are those that are aggravated by the mind or emotions and manifest in the physical body. You can be very careful about your diet and exercise, but if your emotional and mental body is not healthy you will suffer deeply. To make your emotional and mental body healthy, you have to learn how to forgive, let go and embrace everyone around you. You should practice relaxation techniques or do simple meditations. To help you accomplish this, I am also including my "Art of Witnessing CD".

The Art of Witnessing CD introduces the two aspects to witnessing, practical witnessing and silent witnessing. These are simple and practical concepts based on eastern philosophies. You can apply witnessing in your day-to-day life to achieve a higher level of consciousness.

The Art of Witnessing can help you in all aspects of your life. It can help you release stress, tension, emotional blockages, overcome depression and negative thoughts. It is a simple method that will help you develop self confidence and cope with stress. Practicing The Art of Witnessing can improve your relationships with your partner, children, family members and friends while transforming you into a more tolerant and loving soul. Most importantly, it shows you how to live each moment to the fullest, which is the key to spiritual enlightenment. It is approximately 60 minutes and includes a 20 minute guided meditation that can be practiced daily.
